Meet Lexi Wilkerson: RD/LD

My name is Lexi Wilkerson and I am a Registered Dietitian. I am originally from Texas and I graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.  My passion for nutrition started at a young age as I participated in various sports and it grew even deeper as I became a competitive athlete in high school.  My mother is also a dietitian and I found myself asking her more and more about nutrition.  My goal is to be able to help others fulfill their nutrition goals so they can have the knowledge and support that my mom provided for me.  In my free time, I enjoy working out, spending time with friends, and being out at the lake.
